In tandem with the DCB Scheme, the government has introduced bespoke measures allowing DCB-affected homeowners to access up to €37,550 in SEAI grants.
This ensures your remediated home meets modern energy standards (2008 Building Regulations or a minimum B2 BER), complete with high-quality insulation and heat pump systems.
We co-ordinate the SEAI grants on your behalf through a Community Energy grant Program.
This follows the same principal as a One stop Shop but with added flexibility.

Important Rule: When claiming an SEAI grant, you and your building professional must confirm that the costs incurred for the energy upgrades exceed the DCB remediation grant, ensuring no double-funding of the exact same works.
